Admission to the Great Gatsby Gala & Award Ceremony will require a Great Gatsby Gala & Award Ceremony Pass, or All Access Pass, or Platinum Pass. Great Gatsby Gala Passes will not be sold at the door. 

Refund Policy

Ticket reservations/purchases and festival pass purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sales are final. Since all tickets/passes are one-of-a-kind items and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets/passes will be honored for the rescheduled dates, but not refunded. The Pasadena International Film Festival reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. We enforce this policy to ensure a secure, professional and convenient environment for all of our customers. Thank you for understanding.

By attending any event of the Pasadena International Film Festival (PIFF), you: Warrant that you indemnify and hold harmless Pasadena International Film Festival (PIFF), Marco Neves, Jessica Hardin, the respective movie theater, The George Restaurant Pasadena, Der Wolf RestoBar, all PIFF Sponsors, including but not limited to: the City of Pasadena and any/all city departments, as well as PIFF's affiliates, subsidiaries, and any of their respective directors, officers, employees, staff, volunteers, and representatives against any claim, including attorney's fees. 

Festival Etiquette

  • Saving places in line, or seats for other guests between screening blocks is not permitted.

  • If you need to leave the auditorium for any reason, take your ticket stub or pass with you, so that you are allowed re-entry. No one will be re-admitted without their ticket stub or festival pass.

  • No recording equipment is permitted in the theatre auditorium.

  • Please turn off all cell phones and mobile devices during the film presentation.

  • For the pleasure of all guests there is no talking permitted during the film presentation and no late seating.

  • Our films are sometimes comprised in blocks of three to six short films. Please be respectful of films/filmmakers and do not leave when the film you have come to see has finished, rather stay through to the end of the block.

  • All theatre auditoriums are cleared between show times.

  • No outside food or drink permitted (including alcohol) in the festival auditorium or lobby. Please visit the concession stand.
